Roller Blinds are functional and decorative irrespective of whether in the private or commercial sector. Light, sight or sun protection with the Roller Blind is always a good and professional solution.

These blinds are affixed to a mill finish aluminium roller tube into which fits a side control mechanism. We make use of two roller tube thicknesses for lighter to heavier fabrics. The days of the well-known “jumping roller blinds” (spring loaded mechanism) are long gone. By means of a side control mechanism the blind can easily be stopped at a desired position. The bottom of the blind is finished off with a round or flat powder-coated aluminium lath depending on the manufacturer.

Our Roller Blind fabrics are not hemmed along the side edges as this encumbers the desired rolling action as they roll up too thickly on the sides compared to the middle of the blind. Blinds with long drops may bow (bulge) in the middle. This is natural. The block-out blinds cannot block out light completely as a certain degree of light will filter through between wall and side of blind.

Roller blinds are also available in a MOTORISED option.

How to care for your blind

• Use a feather duster to remove dust.
• Use a soft cloth or sponge with a mild soap and water solution
• to clean.
• The blind needs to be completely dry before rolling.
• No abrasive or harsh cleansers should be used as these can
• damage the screen.
